Will I get alerts for my WhatsApp prepaid wallet balance on XOXA?

Yes, you will receive notifications for deductions, recharges, low balance (below INR 1000), and insufficient balance (below 0).

Can I pay later on WhatsApp prepaid wallet?

Regrettably, paying later won't be an option as the platform will now be closely linked with your wallet balance. If your wallet balance goes negative, all your campaigns, including ongoing ones or calls made from public APIs, could be paused.

What will be the minimum balance required on XOXAs WhatsApp prepaid wallet?

Currently, there is no mandatory minimum balance requirement. However, we highly recommend maintaining a balance of INR 1000 or more to minimize the risk of your account being paused.I

Is there a $ pricing?

All our plans are invoiced in INR. If you prefer to pay in a different currency, you can calculate the approximate subscription cost using current conversion rates.

How do automatic payments work?

We've introduced an automatic payment method to simplify monthly billing and payments, which are directly debited from your account.

In compliance with Reserve Bank of India guidelines, all banks and card issuers must adhere to e-mandate regulations for setting up automatic payments for customers. Payments below INR 15,000 can be debited automatically from the card, while transactions above this amount will require an OTP for verification.

How do I get a refund?

Subscription fees and WhatsApp conversation charges are non-refundable.

By opting for a subscription plan, you agree that an e-mandate will be activated on your card. You will be automatically charged for all subscription and WhatsApp conversation charges accrued until the end of your subscription period.

XOXA does not offer refunds if you choose not to use the platform or discontinue its use without canceling your subscription. Charges will continue to be applied to your card until your subscription is canceled.
